Definitely 🙂 like going there. Haven't been since the pandemic came. But was told still have bargain Tuesday I just want to know the price of the tickets for bargain Tuesday since I bring senior citizens along.ty

I brought 4 of my grandkids to see the free movie on Wednesday, july 25. something was wrong with the theatre and they were not showing the movie. well I had 4 disappointed little kids on my hands. I know it was a technical problem that could not be helped, but I think Frank theaters could have left us see another movie for free after we made the trip there and the kids were so excited to see the movies, after all, the place was not busy at 1000 in the morning and there were plenty of empty seats in all the other theaters. I just think, for a company as big a yours, some kind of consideration for the kids would have made a big difference.

Very difficult on handicapped people to get in and out of the two front doors. It would be nice to have a button to push to open the doors since I am in a wheelchair. My husband and I are senior citizens. I have no complaints about the theater. In fact it's very comfortable, the employees are great, the popcorn is wonderful. It's getting in and out of the place that makes me want to return to Regal Theaters at the West Manchester Mall.

Frank's theater in York PA never delivers a good experience. Today we were ask to pick a specific seat, without any guidance other than front, middle, rear. We were told this had to be done because they expected this showing to be sold out. It ended up that only 10 people were at the showing.



Next, my husband bought popcorn, giving a gift card that only had a few dollars left and paying the rest in cash. The young man overcharged my husband, not giving credit for the gift card, Luckily, I caught it. It took the employee over five minutes to get the drawer open and refund my husband the money owed him.



Finally, our theater had no sound when the movies were playing. My husband went out to the lobby, twice, to tell them. It took over 20 minutes to get the sound turned on.



While we don't frequent this theater very often, we do find that there is always something wrong. This is not the first time an employee tried to short change us, nor the first time equipment malfunctioned. Last year it was a broken air-conditioner, in what is a relatively new theater.



There is something not quite right about this particular theater. Maybe because it is always a bunch of young kids that seem to be running this theater.

This movie is a very good remake of the old shows. The actors were very good choices and they did a great job. This movie was very funny.
