I have been going there for mower and snow blower service for almost 40 years. They do quality work for a good price.

The owner is rude and RUDE. I called for a price of adjustment to my mower, and he rudely told me that "cheap mowers like John Deer, Poulan, New Hollands are too poorly made to really fix" ... he didn't know the first thing about how to make any adjustments, and hung up on me when I questioned him on what TRULY is a good yard tractor. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

The guy is rude, unhelpful, jerk. I called this guy for help to find a part on Sat. 5/26/12. I told him my internet search revealed the instant shut-off problem was a "kill switch". He rudely said that's not what I think it is". I asked what do you think it is. he says i don't know without taking a look at. He says he can't look at it till monday. I said I can load it up and be down there, he said it will be a $30 estimate to look at it. this guy sounded like I was bothering him or something. He talked down to me. I'm just an average guy that does't know a whole lot about mowers and he has to treat me very poorly. at the end to wrap the call up I said ok well thanks. and he just hung up on me. I called Innerst sales & service in Jacobus. They were so much better, so nice. told them the shut off problem and what I thought the problem was and they agreed it usually is the switch or magneto. i loaded the mower up drove down there, they even came outside with a piece of paper to write down the model #, went back in punched it up on the PC. got home put the replaced the parts the mower started up on the first pull. That Myers Equipment - Thanks for nothing!! I will never do business with this jerk.
