They don't know anything about ethnic hair, & when I say ethnic, I mean curly, Jewish, or Italian. They think it's 'bad' hair. Frank Shortino needs to go back to school and join the 21st century, where not all hair needs to be blown dry and beaten into submission. He should be ashamed of himself.

I've had some wonderful compliments about my nice haircut. I felt very comfortable and that my thoughts and feelings were taken into consideration. Excited to return.
