Worst company ever. Horrible customer service. Very rude, aggressive and condescending. Will not work with you to address any issues and I have been a long time customer. There are better and cheaper places to go. BEWARE! Don't waste your time or money!

i ordered a few things, guess what. ups lost or stole my package, now s/o owes me and i'm finding it very hard to deal w/ s/o to get my money back. they tell me " we have a policy " i guess that means you won't get your money back I WOULD BE VERY CAREFUL OF SMOKERS OUTLET

I ordered from them over the phone, best customer service I ever had and I just got my order in, wow that was fast, the shipping was alittle higher than what i wanted to pay but the tobacco is fresh and the tubes were in perfect condition.

customer service is the worst they argue with you and tell you your bank info is wrong and thats why there website will not take it.THE INFORMATION IS right I varified it with my bank while on the phone with one of the owners and he still was arguing that it was wrong.In stead of just working out a solution to the problem he told me that I was unprofessional.Im not a PROFESSIONAL Im just an average everyday person.At the end of conversation or argument with him then he wanted to work out a solution.I chose not to I can TAKE MY BUSINESS SOME WHERE ELSE.Especially arter he said I was EGNERANT........Stay far away from this company you will be alot better off.
