To whom it may concern

John Shepard owner of southern cross legistics here in york pa is a predator. he prays on young women in york. he provides them with heroin and needles. he will also hide them form there familys and from the police. I have lots of text messages that can prove he not only provides them with cash to buy all kinds of drugs he also uses the drugs with them. please keep your daughters away from him its nothing but bad news



please now keep it mind this is my opinion based on the past and direct dealings with him. he undermines any attempt to get these young girls back on track. he picks them up early from rehab and hands them hand fulls of cash which has already resulted in 2 overdoses. he is killing these girls.
