The staff was kind and helpful. Dr. Heird did a great job on my procedures. The procedures were less painful than I thought it would be. My swelling was gone very quickly. Thanks Dr. Heird and staff!

they were very nice and explained everything to me answered all my questions and i am pleased

The whole experience was very positive. I feel like they listened and really heard my concerns. The staff is wonderful and feel like they should train other physician offices in patient care.

Dr. Heird and his team go above and beyond to ensure comfort, thorough treatment and understanding of the treatment both pre-op and post-op. I am very thankful and blessed!

Clear explanation of procedures and diagnosis

Dr. Heird was very detail oriented and thorough in his assessments, and then the surgical procedure I received. He and the staff are very friendly and professional. Office visits run on time, which often does not happen with many providers....definite plus in my book!

I was hesitate to address my varicose veins concern until after I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Heird. His in depth knowledge and experience in his profession changed my mind to move forward with the procedure. The process from start to finish was easy.

The staff at AVLC is wonderful. Both Tara and Renee are top notch technicians and took excellent care of me during my procedures and follow-up visits. Can't say enough about them and the rest of the team.

It has been an eye opening experience to have had my recent vein procedure taken care of by Dr. Heird. He and his staff have been pleasant, kind and attentive to not only the scheduling, but also the procedure and follow-up appointments as needed. The true gift is that I now have non-tired legs and am able to exercise without the fatigue i had before. My legs literally have more energy than I can remember in a long long time. Thank you Dr. Heird and staff for all you have accomplished on behalf of my health!

An awesome experience into the unknown!

so far so good and would recommend this place to anyone. Rene was very helpful calming me as were the others :)

Dr. Heird and his staff are compassionate about what they do, taking the utmost care of their patients. My legs never felt and looked better!

everything with procedure was wonderful. very easy and straight forward with no problems. all staff were very nice and very professional, also tara was extremely nice and helpful so I am very happy with this procedure.

tara and steph were very nice and helped me through the procedure great. they kept my mind on other things while dr. heird was doing what he was doing. it was very rewarding and i appreciate all that the whole staff did for me and look forward for the next appointment. thank you all.
