Provided by YP.comI was donating items and was harrased.
While shopping, I noticed prices were too high, isn't the whole point to make used items availble to those who can't afford new?

Provided by YPmobileOverall I believe this is a very nice large thrift store with a massive variety of items. I love Salvation Army thrift stores and their mission I personally visit this location frequently. That being said there are some items that maybe name brand/ higher end but definitely have been thoroughly used and are priced too high. I understand that Salvation Army runs on the profits of the stores but the majority of the people that rely on The Salvation Army thrift stores and other such stores are looking to stretch their dollar myself included. That being said I usually wait till Wednesdays which the majority of items are half price and their semi annual 50% off sales.

According to the Salvation Army's web site, the stores DO provide bargains for anyone needing to find them, but the sales from the store "directly funds The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers. That means that the bargains you find for yourself also helps others by reclaiming lives and healing families."
The Salvation Army deserves 10 stars, in my book. May God bless them richly!
