We have bought several used cars from Tyler Run. Their General Manager, Steve Kleiser is extremely honest, and totally stands behind every sale that we made there. They consistently had the best value on used car pricing that we found. We would not hesitate to buy another car from them!

Poor customer service, the Spanish lady that works there is someone u can't trust, she made a lot of mistakes with payments, unprofessional, they made a mistake with payments, and they can't even say sorry...... Would not recommend this auto dealer.....

This place has great cars at fair prices, but what is outstanding is their service. Mr. Warren Bell keeps his word, and goes the extra mile to make you happy. Tyler Run has an impressive warranty on their used vehicles, and are exceptionally honest, polite, and fair. This is the ONE PLACE you should get your next car or truck!
