We have not been getting mail at our cluster box. After about a week, we found out that the box is broken. None of the supervisors at the post office will talk to us. No one left us know that the box is broken so no mail is being put in and the outgoing mail is not being picked up. Is the post office going to pay late fees if bills are late because mail has not been picked up???

I just had the rudest employee! I asked for 1 cent stamps since I had speciality 45 cent stamps that needed the extra postage. The employee rudely said "what do you need those for? We only sell forever stamps." I told him why and he rolled his eyes and handed me the stamps! Jerk!!!

i would give zero stars if i could, pathetic is all i can say, don't receive my mail they keep forwarding to my inlaws even after repeated corrections, packages not being delivered when they are supposed to and claim they leaving notices when they are not

better then calling on the phone for operator
