From my first visit...the staff was super professional...they make u feel at home from start to finish...best dentist office I ever experienced...its a small office ..but big on smile

Receptionist got me in for emergency right away. I called my office of 12 years and they seemed like they did not care. Dr Dave and the very humorous staff worked well together and exceeded my expectations with nice work on front tooth. Usually do not leave reviews b/c misfits and cry babies need to vent but I was touched that this office helped with my problem ASAP. Clean and very current office.

West Side Dental got me in ASAP for an emergency and I was so impressed I am having all my work and cleanings done there! I am even switching my 13 year old, it is worth the 30 minute drive. The staff always go above and beyond trying to make the best of an uncomfortable situation. Just a stellar dentist office all around and on every level!!

Very skilled and great service. I called 15 minutes before closing and they stay open to do my root canal service to ease my pain and get me back to work the next day. I will not go anywhere else. Great concern and effort to help . Joel

Great customer service and excellent chairside manner. I lived in York all my life and have never experienced personal and genuine care from any medical or dental program like this office. I saw a lot of awards on the wall too. Wellspan could learn a thing or two from this Dental office. Marie

Stylish office with current vibe and beautiful art everywhere. Great guidance with treatment and procedure. School principal told me many parents rave about the quality and humor...I agree!!! I saw a staff that works well together and no issues with the Doctor. I have been there many times. Tammy

I was an end of day walk-in patient. I am a volunteer fire fighter without insurance. Do not really like dentistry. These guys stayed 45minutes past closing to help me. When I pulled my wallet out to pay he saw my military id and said "you have already paid with your service " I was touched. I'll never forget it. Gary

Most awesome dental exam ever! From the Ladies at the front desk to all the staff that performed the work they could not have been any better. Everyone there has a personality and actually connects with you as a human being. As for the Ladies comments about the Dentist, the only thing I saw was a great working relationship where everyone appears to enjoy working together. Honestly I enjoyed my time with these folks. So much so that I think I would have hung out a while longer had they asked LOL. My wife and 4 kids will now be coming to this office!. To often Doctors office's forget we are customers as well as patients. Wellspan could learn a thing or two from this incredible group of people.

The dentist is very nice and gentle but a little unprofessional. He flirts with his staff but it doesn't bother me. He lets you what he's doing. I was there 2 hours and that was a bit long but worth it. If you don't mind these things its a great place.
