The "spanish lady" is gone, but the doctor can't keep it straight. Last year she won't do something for me and this year the other doc suggested something else, back to the first one who again refuses and suggest something else but WILL do what she originally refused to do. Plus she didn't write down what she said last year when I referred to her first refusal. She is SO frustrating!

Recepionist is always very rude (the spanish lady) I've had to deal with her serveral times now n cause of her I'm changing my docs
