Simple: Purchased several refrigerators at once. Flimsy 30 day warranty. One started leaking after only 45 days. Made several calls to them. Woman said she'd call my tenant to check it out. They never did. Asked tenant to call them. She did. They never returned her call. Customers should NEVER have to repeatedly call. Our time is extremely valuable too.
This is the reason for the low rating. Apparently they don't understand the value of service and making customers #1. It's simple: Provide top customer service and you'll be in business. If not, business will suffer. Not saying they're bad people. They just need to deliver what's promised.
