Piedmont Internal Medicine has a wonderful support staff. The offices are well organized, modern and clean. However; medical care can be substandard depending on which Physician you choose. Forget the website pledge to get a timely appointment. My lead time recently has been two to three weeks and that is requesting an urgent appointment. I left there with a feeling of hopelessness and that I had bothered her with my health problems, Basically, between the lines, her message to me was deal with it. Nice huh? If you go, schedule with Dr. Thomas. Physicians work for us...we don't work for them.
