They do jewelry repair work, watch repair work and engraving.

I took some jewelry here to get appraised because someone suggested this establishment and plus I thought it would be great to support a local business. Long storY short once I received the appraisal I was very very disappointed. They valued the jewelry a lot less than what I paid for it originally. I was told by this store that jewelry stores mark up their prices and this is the result. I refused to believe that and had the jewelry sent to a certified lab that was recommended by my insurance agent. It appraised fofor a lot higher than what Frank's did. I felt as if I was getting an unfair appraisal and was being penalized since I didn't buy from Frank's originally. If you buy jewelry from Frank's and have it appraised by them then you might be ok. I am truly disappointed on how this played out and will never do business with them whatsoever!!
