These folks put the wrong oil in our pickup truck. I told them the correct oil type when I arrived. When we noticed that they put the wrong oil in the truck, we called the business and told them. The man that answered the phone (Allen), said he was sorry and to bring it in and he would replace the oil for "No Charge". When I went to get the oil replaced, he (Allen) charged me $32.37 to replace the oil... I had to pay to correct his mistake on our truck... On a prior service visit with one of our other vehicles, they put 12 pounds too much air in the tires... We will not be taking any of our vehicles back to this location...
