To say I am NOT pleased would be an understatement. I ordered the Merry Christmas Cactus. What was delivered was not what was pictured.


Per Hummingbird's website the cactus should have been


1) 14.4 inches by 17.5 inches (Cactus ordered) What was received
was 10 inches by 10 inches (Plant delivered pictures)
2) Plant delivered was barely blooming...it does have buds but as small as
they are they are at least 2 weeks from blooming (my grandmother had a huge one so I am familiar)


I called the florist and her response was that they could make substitutions. What they substituted was not even close to what was ordered and no attempt to do anything to correct the issue was offered.


Based on my experience you cannot count on getting what you pay for.


Hummingbird is a Telaflora florist, but unless you place the order with Telaflora and not the florists site they can't help you either.
