We don't usually have any issues with our water softener but when a problem arose, it was fixed quickly and efficiently. The technician ( Danny ) answered my questions and concerns and helped me understand better how things work and what I needed to do to maintain efficiency.

7 years ago we built a new house and reached out to NicMar for the installation of the water softener and purification system. The installation went well and before Mark left the job, he went over all the necessary information I would need to maintain the system. To date, I only had 1 minor issue and that was a small rubber tube went bad from wear. NicMar sent the replacement to me ' FREE'. The entire system is remarkably maintenance free. I am very pleased with both the Water Softening & Purification System and the service of NicMar, including the customer service when I call to order salt and filters.
