I had ordered a limo from this company 2 weeks before taking my vacation. A simple ride to JFK Airport, well...they were not on time, I was afraid I would miss my plane. The driver was fairly neat. Anyway, I was not thrilled at all with their service. Sometimes they did not answer the phone. It went into a recording when I called back to ask a few things. Got a bit nervous.

I kept the reservation anyway. I would look for another service for my next trip.
