The Puppy Project was created with five goals. 1: Certifying high quality dog breeders 2: Creating nationwide standards for breeding dogs. 3: Allowing the public to purchase a dog guaranteed not to come from a Puppy Mill and guaranteed to be in good health. 4: Ending the concentration camps known as Puppy Mills and stopping the sale of Puppy Mill puppies through pet stores 5: Helping responsible dog breeders make a decent living doing what they do best
