My husband and I have never been treated so rudely. I'm so happy they showed their true colors before we got serious about any of their houses.

They aren't professional at all. Please don't sign with them its definitely a trap. They're so rude.

The work done by Rob Davis to fix the rotten floor of the backyard shed is excellent. The new plywood floor is more robust than we expected and will help a lot with storage.

Potential Renters BEWARE! I put in my application and paid the fee for a rental unit and told them to NOT PROCESS UNTIL SOMEONE RETURNS MY CALL- turns out the unit had already been promised to someone else yet they continued to market the home and take peoples money! Days later, house still listed for rent- No refund for the house I applied for and 0 chance of getting! "You can use that application for any of our houses now"- what a scam!

Quick response to repairing the A/C on the same day that I called it in!

Thank you for your quick response on replacing the hot water heater and giving my husband instructions over the phone last night to control the water flow.

Thank you Davis Mgt, Chuck Davis, for coming out after hours and within 30 minutes after I call for stopped up kitchen sink. Even through you could not fix it you called a plumber to come out the next day to unclogged the sink.
