The absolute worst customer service my family has ever dealt with. We purchased a storage shed and when they came to install the unit, it was far from leveled, facing the wrong direction AND they broke a small piece in the bottom corner trying to move it in our yard. After they were told it was done wrong (even though it was obvious the thing wasn't leveled) they left and said they would be back to fix it later that day. After giving us their word that someone would come to fix it the next day then again a few days after that no one showed up. We went to the store one last time and told them if they didn't come the next day then we don't want the shed anymore, they can just take it back. Finally, the next day, someone showed up to level the shed and position it in the right direction after over a week! They still have not fixed the bottom corner that was broken upon installation. The WORST customer service ever, we will NEVER deal with this company again. Absolutely ridiculous!

We dealt with Leonard's in Yorktown having a hitch installed on our van. Not only were they very fast and efficient but also very courteous and professional. We spoke to at least three different employees while we were there and never experienced anything other than professionalism and eagerness to make us happy. i was in the market for a shed and leonards sure did deliver! the staff were curious and willing to answer any questions i had. they showed me so many different model and options. I was amazed at what a bargain i got on my shed. delivered it to me faster than i had anticipated. I saw that they had all sorts of accessories for trucks and they do spray in bedliners and also have trailers. overall i am quiet impressed with leonards.

I will never do business with Leonard Building & Truck Accessories in Yorktown,Va., again. I recently purchased a trailer hitch and wiring harness for a late-model pickup from this company. Not only did I pay considerably more by pursuing the local option, but when the wiring harness that I purchased proved defective, I got the cold shoulder from the salesman. When I suggested that he contact the manufacturer for assistance, he told me that would be a great idea, saying I should in fact do so.I should mention that I have the sales receipt, and it says nothing about lack of coverage for electrical parts.Further, I have in fact contacted the manufacturer, Curt Mfg, and the service technician asked me a few questions and then put a replacement harness, tested at the factory, in the mail the same day. That's a company that stands by its product, unlike Leonard Building & Truck Accessories that is more concerned about a quick buck than customer satisfaction.
