Provided by YP.comThis was my first time visiting this office and it will not be my last visit. The receptionist that gave me paperwork to fill out was very nice and pleasant. However, the lady on the right, that took my copayment with dark burgundy tinted hair was not having a good morning and it was very evident. She came across as not wanting to be there. She also acted as if she was unsure of my insurance information. She was not rude, but she was not friendly either. The black lady that tested my eyes before Dr Buck came in giggled a little everytime I read a letter incorrectly. In my opinion, she was not clear on giving directions and the snickering was very unprofessional, but overall she was pleasant. I believe that the tension is high amongst the staff here and it is unknowingly displayed to the customers. Dr Buck was amazing and he would be the reason that I would return to this office.

Provided by YP.comDr. Buck is the best eye doctor in my opinion however I cannot give his office a 5 star rating with the experience I had with 2 of his staff members. When I checked in the girl at the front with the dark red hair put her face in her hands and appeared to be very overwhelmed. She kept asking me unnecessary questions and repeating herself. When I tried to talk to the nicer receptionist with the brown hair the other girl pointed her finger at me and rose her voice. I felt embarrassed.
Secondly, the nurse that brought me back looked very unprofessional. Her hair was a dirty looking color on top and she spoke with an attitude. She made me feel like she did not want to be there. I do not see color when it comes to people, skin is skin. But the African American woman in scrubs just made Dr. Buck's office look and feel unprofessional. I heard and witnessed her gossiping in the hall with the woman who works with glasses and when I went to use the restroom she was just standing in the hallway.
Upon checking out the dark red haired girl in the front was still seemingly flustered. It appeared as if she just could not handle her job and maybe should not work with the public. I will continue to get my yearly eye exams here but I hope this review puts in perspective of who you should hire if they deal with the public.
