Have used Rose Brothers for a couple of decades and have always found them professional and courteous. Since I have multiple HVAC units at several houses I have a close relationship with the business and rely on them to solve a few issues each year. They have been prompt on service except in the extreme heat of summer when most HVAC businesses seem to be overwhelmed. They have performed everything at my homes from total equipment replacement to minor service and I have been very satisfied.

Rose Brothers quoted a price to replace my circuit board. They said it would cost $711.00 to replace the board and labor. They said it would take 4 to 5 business days to get the part. I contacted another company and they replaced the circuit board the next day. Total cost $320.00 for parts and labor. The part cost $125.00. They also tried to convince to replace my whole furnace for $3,200. Of course, they had that in stock and could have that installed the next day. The other company said my furnace was still ok and could run a few more years. I felt I needed to let everyone know.
