I spent the weekend trying to get my 10-yr old pressure washer started. Replaced the gas, cleaned the carb, etc, but couldn't get it to turn over. Brought it into Teel's on Monday; they were very courteous and professional. Had it back by Wednesday afternoon. They explained what the problem was (carb needed sonic cleaning) and made recommendations when storing to avoid same problem in the future. Started on the first pull and has been running like a champ ever since. Thanks Teel!

My husband took our riding lawnmower in for repair. Told them that the cable that engages the blades had broken AND anytime you engage the blades the whole thing shakes very badly. A week and a half goes by, they call us to come get it. Bring it home and try it out. It still shakes very badly. After investigating, I have figured out that one blade 1/4 of it is snapped off. Another blade has some damage too and the there is a bar on the deck that had snapped off on one side. My question is how does a lawnmower place miss the fact that the blades need to be replaced???? I've never worked on a lawnmower before and it was obvious to me!! I am very disappointed. I will never go back and I will never recommend this place.
