the new owner is awesome, whole environment is friendly overall. so happy with my nails! everyone is so nice and funny.

I love going to Bellagio. It is always a positive vibe and they are all very friendly and they really do show that they care. I have been going there for about 3 months now and I have built such a strong friendship with them and I recommend people go to Bellagio. You will never leave there unhappy.

My mom went into this salon to get her nails manicured. The guy who gave her the manicure cut her cuticles so badly that one of them bled for 45 minutes. When she returned home and it later began bleeding again, she drove back to the salon and asked for her money back. They blatantly refused and began to yelling at her and almost literally pushing her out of the store. Not exactly the kind of treatment you would want or expect from a "spa." I would highly recommend you try another nearby salon, this one is probably the worst in Yorkville.
