I was satisfied, my car was fixed and I had no problems.

This place is a ripoff I have a 2002 subaru on 4/25/17 they changed the passenger rear wheel bearing changed the rear differential fluid and rear break drum and break shoes they charged me $ 1587.84 to do the work the miles were 94,297 when they did the work now on 5/23/18 112,265 miles the same bearing went again I took it to the subaru dealership they put a new one in they told me they must have damaged it putting it in or used an aftermarket part they put a new wheel bearing in a 4 wheel alignment changed my engine oil and my transmission oil and the bill came out to only $623.00 Now tell me how Alexanders Diagnostic could charge me $1587.84 They charged almost 3x more then the subaru dealer ship charged they are crooks what a ripoff do not go there I advise you they didn't give me an itemised bill and when I asked for one they told me they don't give them out so beware and avoid !!!!!!!

My husband decided to take our car here to have them fix the air. It had gone out a few months before, but since summer had rolled around, we needed it again. The people at the shop seemed pretty friendly, and the service was pretty good. In the end, they fixed the air. Only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars is because it took a week to fix. I understand that they were waiting on the parts though, which was out of their control. but I would recommend this shop to anyone. We have since started using them for out oil changes in both or our vehicles as well.

I can't speak for other customers, however, I had a great experience with this shop. I was out of town visiting friends, and my car broke down. I had to have it towed in to their shop. Just so happened that they weren't all that busy that day, and they were able to get started on it right then. Didn't take them long to figure out what the problem was either. They had it fixed by that afternoon. The price was very reasonable, and the service was friendly and fast. Would definitely recommend them. You can't judge a business based off of a handful of unsatisfied customers and their reviews....like everything else, there are always two sides to every story.

Took my car to three different shops to get a quote to fix it. These guys were the cheapest (I'm in college, so cheap is good). Haven't had any problems since, so I think they did great work. Had my car back in a couple days.

Do NOT take your vehicle here. There was more wrong with my vehicle after they worked on it, makes sense right?! There gonna tell you that you need a whole lot more that you actually do.



Plenty of OTHER great mechanics in the area to take your car to, just not these guys!
