My son purchased a lighting system with installation; you know the kind with flash rate and changes colors with the beat of the music tied into the car stereo. However, this one when it came back after double the hours waiting for install, flashed when you coughed, talked etc., excuses were made "that is what this model does and we didn't know". Long story short, they did want a chance to make it right by changing out the unit that their employee said was "defective" which was acceptable - but 2 days later waiting for reorder, Bob said it wasn't defective and that his employee "didn't know what he was talking about". He wanted to rectify by upgrading to a "better" unit that would do want my son originally wanted by splitting the cost and charging him $50.00 more. My son had a budget which he had told them and couldn't pay more. He just wanted the unit taken out and refund his money since he didn't get what was discussed and agreed on. They refused, I had to go down there and tell them you have a customer that is (1) not satisfied (2) nothing in writing on the install (3) no warranty papers (4) no manufacturer documents and I could go on. Bottom line was "you take it out of my son's car and refund the money or I will take you to small claims court and I will win". He refused until the next day he called my son and agreed to remove the unit and refund his money. We were out our valved time and only $5.00 check fee from their bank when the refund check was cashed. Audio Extreme is out of any chance of repeat business and recommendations. MY ADVISE: If you deal with these guys or anyone else for that matter, get it ALL in writing on what you want, the install particulars and what the equipment will do, warranty etc. before you hand over any money. Pay by CC too and not debit, you can file a complaint through the CC. Others may have had a good experience; however, since I had to get involved to get this settled, unfortunately I did not. That is why I am writing to save others frustration and only give 1 star for you to just BE AWARE.

Been going to Bob for 20 years,installed my first radio in my car to my over head dvd player in my min van....kids.....one hell of a guy

These guys have the best prices and are willing to go out of their way to guide you in the right direction on your purchase.I have delt with them since they have opened and alot of my friends and family enjoy their experience there also.Extremely good prices and workmanship.This place is by far the best around.....

Best car audio store in the area!!

Audio Extreme has been in business since 93 they aren't going anywhere unlike all the other audio stores that have come and gone. They stand behind their work, and will work with you to give you the best deal for your money. I would recomend them to anyone.
