I took my 6 year old in for an exam, for back to school. During the exam, I explained that my son only knows some letters & that letters like b,d,h and f he confuses with other letters. I was ignored. She asked my son questions about his vision, then she wouldnt allow him to answer without her interrupt & finishing his sentences. At the end of the appointment he was given a prescription for the glasses. I was not pleased nor did I feel he really needed them. With & without the Rx, he misread the some letters. After the appointment, I asked my son if he had forgotten some of his letters or if he really couldnt see them. He said, he couldnt remember all of them, so he guessed or didnt answer. She was extremely impatient, rushed him throughout the exam. I questioned the technician about his vision, she stated "theres a different hesitation when kids dont know." We come back to pick up the glasses. I asked if he could be taken back to reread the board with the glasses, that irritated her.

Worst business I've ever dealt with. They do not return phone calls and they are rude. I was made to sit in the waiting area for an hour before they told me to just go ahead and leave. It took over two months for me to get my glasses, and that was after I had to do their ordering work for them. It also took 7 weeks to get my daughters glasses. Even our insurance company said how awful they are! So do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go.

STAY FARRRRRRRR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! This place is horrible and I never spoke to someone soooooo rude in my life! I called for a few simple questions since I no longer live in the surround area. 1. Since optivew is no longer in business, I was wondering if this place had my past recorders. 2. If they were able to tell me what type of contact lens I previously wore since I am interested in reordering lens. Never in my life have I felt soo disrespected when the reception blow me off and told me that would requirer her to look up records. Well ma'am I am sorry but I dont live close I am calling on my lunch break and if you were sooo busy that you could not help me why didnt you tell me that in the first place and tell me to call back in 10 minutes and than you would be able to help me!!!!!!!!!! Not like I can just simply drive there when I live miles away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please people avoid this place, it is sad that optiview is no longer in business as I valued their team and staff and customer service!!!!
