This thanksgiving buffet was the worst I ever had. Will make sure I tell all my friends about how bad it was. It was not worth the cost and had to pay extra for a coke . The food was cold and the people cutting the meat didn't wear gloves. I wish I could have stopped people before the camera in. The waitress since they had a new cook.When would you have a new cook,cook on a day like this? Will make sure no one get crystal catering for and weddings.

Highly over-rated. I've been to many events with this caterer and find that if it's small scale it's usually fine, but anything over 100 people and the food and service suffer. Food is often under-seasoned, over-cooked and not worth the price charged. While some of the servers are excellent - they're overshadowed by inadequate management and a few lazy stragglers. After paying the price for one 300+ function I realized I can never recommend this caterer.
