Personal training by appointment only. The Fantastic Fitness Program requires only 2 sessions per week. It is a five component program: aerobics, weight training, stretching, diet, rest. This program uses stretches of appropriate muscle groups after each weight training set to prevent injury and reduce soreness. Strict weight training form is taught to clients to assure minimization of injury.
