Im about to move to youngstown next semester and i know that this is the only place on campus to live unless you want to be robbed stabbed or etc. I do not however know anything about this place. Clearly the guy before me had a bad experience but i need to know whats up with this place before i drop 620/mo. to live here. which is ridiculous btw.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT LIVE AT THE FLATS AT WICK. They promise a nice and comfortable living environment but it is dirty, noisy, and the internet is slow. They do not take care of their tenants. Any complaints you have WILL be dismissed by the owner and management.
