I have stayed twice at this location; the first time was without incident, though the room was not well cleaned. The staff are friendly - consistently, I will say that. The second time I stayed was just last week, and I woke up with bed bug bites that worsened terribly within an hour of checking out. I followed up (even my mother, whom I was visiting, did as well) and there has been no remedy. I have had bites over my entire body, had to treat my luggage and rewash everything I brought before returning to California. The response? No refund, which I requested, and nothing apart from acknowledgement that the stay fell short of reasonable expectations and that preventive measures were being taken. Fair enough, but this was absolutely untenable, and I should not have to escalate this to corporate headquarters in order for a refund to be in order. That is pure common sense, and decent business practice. I will not under any circumstance stay here again, nor recommend this particular site.

Bravo for the new look. The room was brand new, stylish and clean, the beds were comfortable and the wall mounted flat-panel TV was impressive - particularly in this segment of the lodging market. We arrived at about 9:00am and Motel 6 checked us right in - early! (We were told by several other area hotels that we would have to wait until 3pm) This was a huge plus! The manager was very friendly and pointed out a few area restaurants and shopping areas. As with any Motel 6, it offered the basics which is just fine for a place that is simply used to sleep and get up in the morning and go. Great service, excellent staff, very nice room, I would recommend staying there.
