Company is owned by a couple of people out of Massachusetts, at least that's where the business license is from. I have rented from them for about 2 years and in that time they have yet to fix anything, that was on the initial walk when we first rented the apt. Our apt. Flooded in July and then again in August the first flood was not covered under their insurance so repairs were minimal water extracted Then carpet replaced and that was it. The second flood came and the water set the apt. For 3 days. After several calls to them no with response, I reported the situation to legal aid and the Trumbull health department, the next day 2 people showed up with a shop vac and a 20" box fan to extract the water and dry the apt. Finally after about 7 days they decided to hire a company to do it right. So they pulled the carpet padding and not the carpet and ran fans and dehumidifiers for about a week. And that was last that we saw of them until a month later the same company showed to clean the carpets. That's right the same carpets contaminated with ground water that we still have in the apartment. Best advice avoid any of this companies properties lie the plague, I know people that rent from another of the properties they own green acres in Youngstown and the result is the same. What they are known for is buying up properties sucking from them what they can and unloading them for they can without doing any improvements. I researched them that is why they are no longer doing business in Massachusetts. Trust me I'm not just a disgruntled renter, but i promise you I'm not alone on this one
