This might be the worst company I've dealt with since living in the Youngstown, Ohio area. Everything started out just fine and the garage door was installed seemingly okay. However, shortly after our install, we had issues with our garage door not closing or opening completely. We called in to have it serviced and Omega told us that it was "our problem now" and that they would not send someone out to check on it. We had to figure out how to fix the door ourselves. Recently, we had a home security system installed and were going to have a sensor on our garage door. We came to discover that the eyes were not installed properly and were simply left on top of the motor. Now we have to hire someone else to run wire and properly install the eyes so that our security system can work with our garage door. This company is very unprofessional. Anyone considering using this company should probably think twice and shop around before making a final decision.
