The precise painless Care/ Pride He takes in His Dental work is Top tier. Who can say Even hearing the sound of His drill became soothing? Amazing! Dawn the Dental Assistant is a Super Sweetie, Wonderful Work & She Gets The Job Done! Asap. Angela did a Fabulous rebuild on My tooth! Shontae is Quiet but Super Sweet as Well. Brandi is an Outstanding Hygienist! Such a Beautiful Spirit. My Teeth were So Gently yet So Throughly Cleaned & No sore gums afterwards `~` Karli Dental Receptionist is So Kind, Patient & Always Beautiful Smiling, Which immediately put You at ease Coming in. Virgina The Office Mgr, Who Get The utmost Credit for holding EveryThing together. This is a Great Dental Team! 💯

I had a horrible experience at Refresh Dental and will not be back. It took 2 hours for a routine cleaning. The staff was friendly but the overbooking of appointments and complete disregard of patients time is extremely unprofessional. I was told an outside company made the appointments.... A suggestion I have would also to put a no cell phone usage in the waiting room sign up. While waiting for over an hour to even be seen I had to listen to another patient talking loud and obnoxiously on her phone. I couldn’t wait to get out of that place!

Over one hour wait. Almost left.
Staff was very nice and apologized for the long wait.

Waiting room was FULL or shvartzas. I hate that they take medicaid because here come the shvartzas, yet again ruining another business.
