To add insult to injury, after speaking with the manager, Kyle, again on 9/1/07, he was irate and angry that I rated my bad experience and dared to warn others - he also accused me of having a "negative campaign", accused me of being "derrogatory" and did not try to resolve the issue AT ALL. All he did was raise his voice and argue about me telling the truth -he admitted having referred others who were unhappy with their services rendered - but was pleased with their reaction which was to do nothing at all. Well, I'm not like that and stated I wished someone would have warned me! He stated that he nor the owner are responsible for the stylists or the outcomes, they make recommendations but do not accept any responsibility as they are all independent contractors. He did not want to see my extensive pictures or hear about the professional opinions I obtained subsequent to the god-forsaken experience. He was very argumentative and belligerent, would not give the license number of the stylist but offered for me to speak with her again! Redundant and unhelpful - very ghetto and unprofessional!

Taneka ruined what has been a symmetrical bob for about 8 months and made it a hacked up bald fade hairstyle with an unevel line, chunks of hair left on the "bald" part, and parted it on the side she chose to make shorter - the cut is uneven and very bad. The owner, Ryan, did not even show his face. The manager, Kyle spent the time trying to force me to pay for it. She also chemically burned my ear, my neckline and my head in two places. I would not recommend u go here unless u don't really care how ur hair turns out.
