This store goes out their way with customer service by making sure the customer understandd their cell plan and chooses a phone suited for their individual use. The previous review obviously does not understand what a contract is and expects people to work miracles. The sprint staff I experienced, Angela and Jennifer were nothing but helpful and professional. I recommend this store to everyone as it is not as busy as the Newington location with wonderful customer service. Thank you again ladies!!!

I recently had problems with getting my phone from Sprint while renewing my 2 year contract. Sprint then suggested I go to a Sprint store, and since all the issues were online for the store to review there would be no problem getting a phone that I am eligible for - satisfaction was "guaranteed" by the customer service agent, and also by her manage .

So I went to this Sprint store, and found an old fart running the place. There was one women who couldn't get her phone working who wasn't being helped by this guy. There was also a man waiting who had a broken phone under contract. The old fart simply told him the support contract doesn't cover damage. Then when it was my turn, I explained I'm eligible for a new phone. Then after reading the Sprint notes, he would NOT give the new phone I was eligible for without a contract. I explained I just renewed my 2 year contract 3 weeks ago and just need the phone. He absolutely refused to cooperate so I left.

Don't go to this place. They don't need your business. It looks like they don't want your business either base on the refusal to offer customer service to everyone I observed. There are plenty of other Sprint Stores in the vicinity you can do business with.
