I've been coming to this subway location all of my life and for the past couple of months I have seen it dwindling downhill. The service this franchise has employed to represent it recently is downright awful. The employees are disrespectful not only to the customers but also to the restaurant chain itself through lack of ethic and ability to maintain proper safety and sanitation of the food and its surrounding. All of the good trays were pretty much empty tonight and then you have the two girls working talking about how they aren't going to be doing any prep in front of a line of customers because their speed of assembling a sandwich is extremely slow. Alexis and Stephain was who took care of me and Stephain did not even ask if I wanted the bread toasted, didn't ask what cheese or veggies or sauce she just blatantly stared up waiting for me to notice and tell her. Lack of customer service for sure. What a disappointment. I will go to wedgewood subway from now on. Get some new employees.
