Great service as always. Had exhaust done on my 2002 Ford F-150. Reasonable and fast. Been doing business with them since 93. Always a good experience, they are shear artist when it comes to building an exhaust system!!!

Had a issue with my front rotors & brakes need my car for a trip today. Les made that happen even though he had a full work load.
I bought rotors & pads ahead of time not really knowing what I needed but just being prepared. About the only place in town that lets you buy your parts to be installed.
Fast friendly & honest about the work that needs done.
No bullshit here.

Excellent service and excellent interaction with all of the employees. They have tackled and succeeded on jobs for me that other shops wouldn't even touch and they completed and exceeded my expectations every time. They are always up front and always put in the extra effort to do the job right. All of the employees are great and you can really feel the family atmosphere. I actually stumbled upon this shop 10 years ago and since then have always and will always be a loyal customer. They don't BS you like many other places. Many shops will create false issues with your vehicle to overcharge, NOT the Tire Pad. If they tell you there is an issue then there is an issue AND it comes from a place of care instead of dollar signs. To put it short, this is one of the very few places that are honorable in the area.
I am no way affiliated to or work for this company. This is my honest opinion of the business and I encourage anyone to give them a shot because, like me, you will be able to stop looking for a good mechanic whom won't take advantage of your wife or children on pricing or diagnosis' and you know the work will be done right.

I've been dealing with The Tire Pad for over 15 years. I've never had one problem with them. Very nice business. I HIGHLY recommend them. They are very thorough in every they do. However they don't do everything. Ask them and they will be 100% honest.

Beware of this place. I had a Tie Rod end replaced and my car is shaking and making this really loud knocking noise. I believe the good reports were written by employees. When I asked them to just look at it they said it was too close to 5pm. Nasty attitudes and all. I drive to Akron to work five days a week. Shame on you for putting my life in danger.

I have nothing but good to say about this business. I needed 2 tires and they had the ones I needed in stock. They were able to get me right in to change them and they took care of business in a professional and respectful manner. I would recommend them to my friends if they ever needed any assistance with their vehicles.

These guys were great!! Got me right in to plug a tire, double plugged it for security and didn't charge me a fortune. Very polite and friendly - I HIGHLY recommend them -
