United States Controls, Inc ( USC ) was founded in 1983 to design and install quality, reliable mill duty roll cooling systems. Since then patented USC systems have been developed to spray mineral oils, raw water and water soluble coolants. USC systems have been installed on over 200 mill stands in aluminum, brass and steel rolling mills since 1984. Please see our installation list. USC is located in a new 13, 000 square foot engineering and assembly facility in Poland, Ohio, USA. Our new building was designed to accommodate CAD engineering stations, computer controlled inventory and provide an ultra-modern assembly and test facility.
