Highly recommend this shop. I had a neighbor's tree fall on my car, and I contacted Accurate AutoBody for tow and repair services. Overall costs were over $10K and there were some parts backordered due to the newness of the vehicle, but the car was repaired better than new. They even took my car to Raleigh Windows Tinting to replace the 3M windows tint, which was destroyed due to multiple windows being damaged.



My insurance paid for the repairs under the "comprehensive" coverage. Accurate AutoBody had no issues working with my insurance company. It took a little over a month to complete the repairs.



NOTE: They have a light office support staff. Basically, low administrative overhead compared to the big-chain collision repair shops. So don't expect a rapid callback since they do not have a full-time office manager. Their crew doubles for office support. You will get honest answers with no sugar coating concerning the damage (and repair) to your vehicle, but they are a very professional crew.
