First off, I'm reviewing their staff and Festival of Lights. We went in October and their teenager workers, who are very poorly informed, convinced us to buy the pass to come back to the Festival of Lights by promising things that weren't true. She said for $8 for we could attend Festival of Lights and have unlimited train rides that night with that ticket. Well, when we get there we found out she had misinformed us and they apologized telling us how they hire seasonal high-school students that aren't so well trained. We had told my daughter we were riding the train so we had to pay $3 a ticket (each person riding train needs a ticket) in addition to ride the train. Then we see Santa and they high school student taking the pictures messed up again and we forgot to put them up on the website where we are supposed to pay to buy them so we lost those. The whole thing was pretty lame for the money spent and only a trap to spend more money. The s'mores were $4 a piece. Next year I'm going to meadow lights in Benson (free) and next fall I'm going to Volmer farms in Bunn (there customer service is awesome and honest). Stay away this place is all about money with no desire to see you have a pleasant experience.

Overall not worth the money. T...

Overall not worth the money. There is entrance fee and fee for rides seperately, it was so empty today and we hardly see 3 or 4 families and we finished in 30 mins. There is nothing to see here. Hardly few goats and chickens. Then train ride, tractor ride called as hay ride, then a slide. For this we spent $39 for 3 people.
