Awesome sales & service store.

I took in 2 Dell towers and a Sony laptop to this place. All I needed was the photos taken off the hard drive from the 2 Dell's and the laptop needed cleaned out and made capable of logging onto the wireless internet. Well I was told that absolutely no pictures was able to be retrieved because the spindle in the hard drives would not spin and his $30,000.00 machine can do anything. The machines was picked up and I was charged $260.00 ....... The laptop did download to the internet however it was not cleaned out so numerous pop ups would not allow me to open any web address. I took thenm to another repair shop and while I waited the hard drive was removed from the first Dell , plugged into their machine and ... WOW.. ALL MY PICTURES AND DOCUMENTS CAME UP... I now have All my pictures from both towers. I called the owner of Cyber Depot in Youngwood Pa. and he told me that he was there when the towers was on the bench and there was no way that anything could be retrieved..... However , he would investigate it with the technician and would call me back with his intentions...... that 4 days ago and I have not heard from him as of yet!!! BOTTOMLINE...... STAY AWAY FROM CYBER DEPOT.... THEY ARE BUSINESS WORTHY!! D. Aaron

worst retail/customer service experience ever....charged 3 TIMES what was verbally quoted. made SEVERAL trips. NO RETURNING of SEVERAL messages left there....OWNER response...."sorry"
