My fiance and I visited these apartments and immediately had high hopes. The staff seemed nice and even seemed to know all their residents' names. We were asked a few questions, one of which was "are either of you full time students?" My fiance is finishing his Master's so we said he was. I graduated in May and had a job using my degree, so I said no. We went home that night and applied to live there. We were denied because they considered me to be a full time student. When I called for an explanation I was told that since I was a student in the last five months/in the last calendar year (I'm not sure which exactly they go by since I was told both of these) that we would not be able to live there. We are now out $100 because they refuse to refund my money. We never would have applied had these rules been explained to us. We feel incredibly mislead and can now see that the company lacks integrity. The only alternative they could offer me was a separate type of apartment without the caps the one we applied for has - the problem is that is was almost $200 a month over our budget.

Main point: If you have been a student in the last calendar year, do not waste your money, because they refuse to give it back, although they are the ones who do not properly explain what "are you a full time student" means. Very poor business integrity.
