I own a business, which I own a fleet of vans.

We have always had a hard time finding a Honest Repair shop to work on our vehicles because it always seems once they fix whatever needs fixing. It ALWAYS seems like you would have to take it back 3 to 4 times to get the same problem solved.

I don't know about you, but that gets very stressful and aggravating!

Anyway, I took one van in for repair just to check them out. City Auto was a bit expensive, but I noticed we didn't have to go back for the same problem!



I started taking the rest of our vans to City Auto for repair and I was very pleased for the fact you didn't have to take your vehicle back a million times for the same problem.

My problem is, when we took one our vans in for repair we picked it up, Doug told us Jason doesn't want to repair our vehicles anymore!



WHAT??!! I couldn't believe my ears!! I wouldn't say if they were fixing our vans for free or at a discounted rate. but each time we were spending always over a $1,000.00!!!



It was VERY RUDE & Unprofessional. Disgusted with this place!!!



That's why I'm rating them a one star review for this establishment!

It’s difficult, and frankly uncomfortable, but on occasion City Body has found it necessary to respectfully part ways rather than risk disappointing a customer. When this happens, we make every effort to be tactful and professional. As you stated, you were happy with City Body’s work – it was done right the first time. Your fleet of vans is aging and on a recent van repair, we worked with three different people for the same vehicle, making it difficult to deliver affordable, accurate repairs on your vehicles. Again I apologize if I offended or disappointed you. Scott City Body has served Ypsilanti and the surrounding communities with quality repairs since 1930.

I've been a customer of City Body for about 15 years. Someone highly recommended them to me and I do the same every chance I can. They do great quality work and they are genuinely nice people to work with. They give you the best price whether you are working with insurance or not. Their quality of work exceptional.
