Poor product and quality for Jett tonight. It was the worst pizza that I have ever had from Jetts. 5/13 order a large pizza with 3 toppings. When I got home, I notice that it had next to no pizza sauce and a very cardboard taste to it. The pizza was the worst I had ever encounter from a Jetts . Called and complained to the manager about the pizza and they delivered a second one to my home free of charge. I returned the first to them when they delivered the 2nd. When I open the box, it looked and tasted like the first one. Again, little to no sauce and poor taste. I have always been a fan of Jetts pizza, however on Friday the 13th , 2011, They just could not produce a quality pizza. When I initially called to tell the manager of the first pizza, he said he had new staff and was sorry that this happen. I really think he was sorry for the product but to have a second one be just like the first.... Are you kidding me...Really enraged me. So I didn't bother calling again but rather thought I would let others know about my experience. I am of the opinion that I can not be the only one that has encounter such poor quality . I am so disappointed with Jetts on Whittaker Rd Ypsilanti. Two thumbs down tonight and a loss customer for good.
