This was the absolute worst dining experience that my family and I have ever had. We got inside and it looked really nice, clean, and we were seated immediately. That's all the good things that happened. We got our drinks and asked for a couple minutes! The waiter then sat down at the bar and was texting away on his phone. We were staring at him for at least 5 minutes (probably closer to 10) and then he noticed and came to the table with his cell phone hanging out of his shirt pocket.



Our order was relatively simple, we only asked for a few things to be taken off our plates, nothing crazy! He walked away from the table and stopped to read his text message and then respond, and then he put our order in. Apparently that message was more important then our food because sure enough, my son's quesadilla was completely wrong, my husband ordered mole and had to wait for tortillas, and to top it off my quesadilla was so greasy that there was a puddle underneath. You couldn't pick it up, it was falling apart because it was saturated in grease. We got my son's order handled and my husband finally got tortillas, but I was absolutely disgusted. I picked up a fork and pick out some of the chicken that wasn't swimming in grease and ate that. I might have asked for another one, but yet again, my server was too busy texting to come check up on us again. We didn't get refills on our sodas, we just weren't important enough to our server.



We left the restaurant about an hour ago and as I am typing this, I have food cooking because I'm hungry. My family loves Mexican food, but with the lack of pride in their food and with the lack of any customer service, we will never come back there and I will tell anyone how horrible it is!
