The previous 2 times I was there the waitresses took customers who came in after me. The manager was informed the first time. I left the second. Today I gave another chance. I wished to talk to the manager first, he was not there so we ate. When my cousin ordered an additional coney he was served the most disgusting looking coney. They had watered down the chili, the consistency was not the same as the first. It made the bun soggy and was so watered down barely any clung to the hot dog. I had seen the manager come in so I asked to talk him-previously been introduced to him as the manager. The waitress came back and said they have no manager she would handle the problem. She did not hear our issue correctly and kept trying to change our complaint.

After 40 years working in food service industry I understand service. I tip 20% sometimes more. They don't need my business.
