Mark seemed to know what he was doing and was willing to finish a job another contractor did not finish. Mark cashed my check, came to my house one time and never returned. He quit, said he would return my money and never did. DO NOT USE MARK!

All these other reviews are five stars but I had the exact opposite experience. Mark came to reroute some pipes in my house and a few weeks later it had burst. So I had Mark come back out and he fixed it. Then it burst again so I called a different plumber and he had to replace the entire thing because Mark's job was so lousy. Do not go to Mark Tait!! He acts like he knows what he's doing but he doesn't.

I called mark because my water pipe to the bathroom in my mobile home was leaking profusely and having to shut the water off to stop the leak, it quickly became an emergency. Although he had to finish another job first, he kept in contact with me by phone to let me know exactly when he'd be here. He did a very nice job and put all siding back on so it was nice and neat when he left. He's very polite and quite knowledgeable. I am going to have him return to do my ceiling and floor repairs.

I called Mark because I had multiple plumbing issues and I believed that my garbage disposal needed to be replaced. He came right after work that day and addressed all of the things I needed to have done. the garbage disposal just needed a minor adjustment.. He charged a nominal fee and he also offered to fix my front step which had been a hazard since I moved in 10 months ago. I have had quite a few people come out to do work and I have to say that Mark takes great Pride in what he does and it shows in the quality of his work.

Very impressed with Mark's ability to diagnose and fix our plumbing problems. After recently purchasing our home, we discovered issues with pipes freezing to our kitchen sink and bathtub. Although attempts had been made by previous owners to remedy this problem (electric heat, which caught on fire, insulated tape, etc.), the issue had never been properly resolved. Mark came up with a solution that allowed the heat from our furnace/bathroom register to warm the pipes behind the wall. No more freezing pipes. In addition to his ability to diagnose and fix our plumbing problems, we were also impressed with his level of integrity and professionalism. He treated us and the issues in our home like it was his family and his home. We would hire him again in a heartbeat, not just for plumbing, but for any other construction job, which we have a list.

Mark did a great job on our laundry room plumbing and putting on a new roof. Best of all he is very affordable. That's great when you are on a fixed income.

Mark came to our rescue and helped fix plumbing problems in our basement bathroom that we experienced from previous plumber. He did underground plumbing, sink, toilet..He did an excellent job. He's very affordable and professional. I would highly recommend him. We have him on speed dial for all our plumbing and construction jobs.
