I've used this service through my insurance for two seperate appointmenta and they first time it took them 2hrs to pick me up and for the second appointment they almost made me late to my appointment then took 2 hrs to come back and pick me up yet again! The owner Vicki is extremely rude, inconsiderate and pompous and hung up on me when I would inquire about what exact time I was to be picked up. I've been catching cabs and using services like this for 8 yrs and this is by far the worst, unprepared, unprofessional and disgraceful company I have ever had the sheer displeasure of being a customer of although it felt more like being held hostage to a bunch of indifferent, discourteous idiots!!!!!������������������������ absolutelt horrible and terrible company
